So this is a particularly satisfying version of flatbread &#8211; which is probably owed to those crispy bacon strips but will also wow all vegetarians when leaving out the bacon&#8230; Ingredients: flatbread dough (homemade or Tante Fanny&#8217;s) 2 tbsp cream cheese 2 garlic cloves 200-300 g butternut squash 6 slices of bacon a handful of crumbled feta a handful of cooked chestnuts salt &#38; pepper parsley or basil to garnish Preparation: Place the dough on a baking tray and preheat the oven to 180°C. Spread the cream cheese onto the dough and sprinkle with thinly sliced garlic. Cut the pumpkin into very, very thin slices. Top the flatbread with pumpkin slices, bacon &#38; chestnuts, season with salt &#38; pepper and bake for about 10-15 minutes. Add crumbled feta 5 minutes before taking the flatbread out of the oven. <li>2 EL Frischkäse</li>
<li>2 Knoblauchzehen</li>
<li>200-300 g Kürbis</li>
<li>6 Speckstreifen</li>
<li>eine Handvoll zerbröckelter Feta</li>
<li>eine Handvoll gekochte Maroni</li>
<li>Salz &amp; Pfeffer</li>
<li>Petersilie oder Basilikum zum Garnieren</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Zubereitung</strong>:</p>
<ol>
<li>Den Teig mit Backpapier auf das Backblech legen und den Ofen auf 180°C vorheizen.</li>
<li>2 EL Frischkäse mit einem Löffel auf den Teig streichen und mit fein gehacktem Knoblauch bestreuen.</li>
<li>Den Kürbis in sehr, sehr dünne Scheiben schneiden.</li>
<li>Den Flammkuchen mit Kürbis, Speck &amp; Maroni belegen, mit Salz &amp; Pfeffer würzen und für ca. 10-15 Minuten backen.</li>
<li>Kurz bevor man den Flammkuchen aus dem Ofen nimmt noch mit zerbröckeltem Feta bestreuen und weitere 5 Minuten backen.</li>
<li>Mit Basilikum oder Petersilie garnieren und heiß servieren.</li>
</ol>
