<p><strong>Preparation</strong>:</p>
<ol>
<li>Cut the sweet potato into bite-sized pieces and place them in an ovenproof casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper &amp; olive oil and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes until the fully cooked and soft.</li>
<li>Meanwhile cut the grapes into halves, crumble the feta cheese &amp; wash the corn salad.</li>
<li>For the vinaigrette combine the juice of the orange with olive oil, white wine vinegar, honey, salt &amp; pepper and mix well.</li>
<li>To serve combine all ingredients on a big serving plate or on separate plates &amp; marinate it with the orange and honey vinaigrette.</li>
